Thank you for playing Book Trivia with us!  Here are your questions:

In the movie Castaway, if Tom Hanks unearthed a copy of Tough Karma: A Race Against Time, how would that help Tom find a way off the island?

Hopefully, he would figure out how to astral travel and send his spirit out to his loved ones via their dreams. He could repeatedly show up in their dreams until they are certain that he is still alive and needs to be rescued. He could also ask for help from other entities he would meet on the astral plane.

Everyone knows Miley Cyrus is now the wild child in the music business.  But she read your book and wants to let you know that it changed her life for the better.  Why did your book give Miley a new lease on life?

Because she learned to astral travel and visited alternate dimensions where she collaborated with unique and different musicians who inspired her to write some great new songs that soared to number one on the charts.

You are being pulled over for speeding.  When the officer asks you for your license and you discover you left it at home, you decide to pull out your book instead.  What do you tell the officer?

That I’m sorry for going too fast, but I’m the author of this great book and will be glad to give him an autographed copy if he’ll follow me home so I can show him proof of my license.

Superman has decided to pull out one of your characters to be his sidekick.  Who is it and why?

Bryce Decker, because he is a martial arts pro and can help him kick ass.

A homeless man was caught stealing your book out of a bookstore.  When asked why he did it, he opened the book and pointed a passage out.  What was that passage?

“People have reported that they can move through time, but only as an observer. Imagine going back in time and finding out what really happened, a unique form of time travel without a machine. You can spy on your friends (shame on you); visit with your friends who are astrally projecting at the same time as you, meet your spirit guides and angels, talk with deceased loved ones, etc. If you think of something in particular while traveling astrally, be warned that it can materialize instantly.”

You have a chance to appear on the hit talent show for authors, American Book Idol, and the mighty judges will determine whether your book will make it to Hollywood and become a big screenplay.  What would impress them more – your book cover, an excerpt or your best review – and why?

My best review because they will discover what an original story it is without having to read the entire book first.

You have five seconds to tell us who the greatest author of all time is.  In your opinion, who would that be?

Dean Koontz
